1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices are quoted as per the chosen package/service.
Inclusions (driver allowance, fuel, tolls, parking, etc.) will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Any additional expenses during the trip (extra kilometers, waiting charges, entry fees, etc.) must be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellations & Refundsy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may vary (generally 7–10 business days).
4. Responsibilities of Guests
Guests must carry valid ID proof while traveling.
Any damage to the vehicle/property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
5. Responsibilities of Rama Tours Taxi Service
We ensure well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers for all our taxi service in Udaipur offerings.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic, or government restrictions.
We are not liable for loss of personal items during the trip.
6. Modifications in Service
Rama Tours Taxi Service reserves the right to modify itineraries, vehicles, or services
due to unforeseen circumstances (safety, weather, or operational reasons).
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
